I’m grateful today as I look out at the ocean from our oceanfront room in Puerto Vallarta. I remember the special moments shared yesterday at Brittany and Jeffery’s wedding. The magic of a wedding day is priceless.
Most couples use their wedding as an opportunity to declare their undying devotion to one another. The vows exchanged during a wedding ceremony are particularly meaningful because they are a public declaration of the couple’s commitment to one another.
Marriage is a lifelong commitment because it marks the start of a new chapter in one’s life and the beginning of a new family. It also allows one to develop a more selfless character. Besides joining two people physically, marriage also unites them spiritually and emotionally.
The wedding ceremony’s primary purpose is for the couple to pledge their love and devotion to one another.
“You slay me with your loving gaze,” “I loved you the moment we locked eyes,” and “she’s playful and fun” all these statements came from the groom, Jeffery, while reciting their wedding vows. The display of love from both the groom and bride deeply moved me. I’m a romantic, after all!
Their love was like electricity! It spread through our group like wildfire, even igniting the flames that had been tempered by the years. And we felt it. Lingering kisses and sweet smiles all night! Searching for each other’s eyes when we were talking to others. I feel like the luckiest woman alive!
That’s the magic of weddings, of love. Love is the one feeling and emotion that is contagious. When you love others well, without judgment or expectation of something in return, they will receive that love openly and, in most instances, pass that same type of love on.
So, pass the love on today without judgment or expectation. Just send love to those you share your life with. It will come back to you exponentially.
Share your heart. Every person is looking for someone they can connect with, which can be possible when you share your heart. When you share, the other person will likely share similar life experiences through which you can bond and build a relationship.
If you want to experience the type of love, I share with Michael, send me an email at coachjaki@gmail.com. I’ve got a special limited offer running. And please pass this post on to a friend who could use some inspiration.
Love,
